6. Barter. It isn’t very English I know but barter with the used car dealer, you may be able to get a better price than you anticipated!
7. Whatever you do, do not go to view a car in the middle of the night!8. Ensure that you ask the dealer to see all the documentation pertaining to the car – you need to know the history of the vehicle. If something doesn’t seem right, ask the dealer.
9. Take a test drive. Would you buy shoes without trying them on first? Thought not!
10. Look carefully at the car. Do you see any rust, dents or anything that suggest that the car may have been in an accident at some part in the past? If you do then I suggest you ask the dealer about it.
11. If you are unsure then don’t buy it!
